Gift card rates may vary depending on the card type, denomination, currency, market conditions, and other factors. The applicable rate will be displayed or communicated before your transaction is completed.
Verification
All submissions are subject to verification. If the Gift card E-code is valid or if the picture uploaded is clear, then you have nothing to worry about.
Payments
Approved transactions will be paid using the payment method selected during redemption. Processing times may vary due to verification, payment providers, or other circumstances outside our control.
Cancellations
Once a gift card has been verified or processed, a transaction may not be reversible. Any eligible cancellation or refund will be handled according to our applicable policies.
